DNA methylation sequencing of the parental material used in a novel forward genetic screening system for identifying new genes associated with the DNA demethylation pathway

This dataset presents whole-genome DNA methylation sequencing of the H2UL parental lines used in a novel forward genetic screening system, as well as its counterpart in the ros1 mutant background, aiming to comprehensively analyze their methylation landscapes. The data provide a foundational reference for the accurate identification of methylation changes in subsequent mutant screening.
