The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate how wild-type Human coronavirus strain 229E (HCoV-229E) infection alters chromatin accessiblity in infected but not mock-infected samples. Overall design: Human coronavirus 229E, UV-treated and mock-infected samples were collected in Huh7 human liver epithelial cells at 24 hours post infection. Samples were processed using Active Motif's Bulk ATAC-Seq kit (according to manufacturer's instructions) to generate bar coded library samples for RNA Seq analysis.
