The Earth Observatory of Singapore - Remote Sensing Lab (EOS-RS) created preliminary Flood Proxy Maps (FPMs) covering New Delhi and Northern Haryana, India due to the 2023 monsoon rains. These maps were derived from synthetic aperture radar images acquired by the Copernicus Sentinel-1 satellites operated by the European Space Agency.
