河南省县域农村电子商务发展指数

为全面、客观了解河南省农村电子商务发展状况，君友数字以全省105个县域为研究对象，在全省范围内以公开数据采集、实地调研、网络大数据挖掘等方式搜集河南省农村电子商务发展相关数据，在对海量数据进行检测、清洗、筛选和分析的基础上，构建了由5项一级指标、13个二级指标和41个三级指标组成的县域农村电子商务发展评价指标体系，并建立综合指数法评价模型对县域农村电商发展水平进行评价。

To comprehensively and objectively assess the development status of rural e-commerce in Henan Province, Junyou Digital took 105 county-level regions in the province as research subjects, collected relevant data on rural e-commerce development in Henan Province across the entire province via methods including public data collection, field research, and web big data mining. Based on the detection, cleaning, screening and analysis of massive datasets, it constructed a county-level rural e-commerce development evaluation index system composed of 5 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators and 41 third-level indicators, and established a comprehensive index method evaluation model to evaluate the development level of county-level rural e-commerce.
