This databank contains sequences of 1101 Aedes albopictus, generated between 2016 and 2022. These include population samples collected from across a wide global range for use in incursion tracing (e.g. DOI: 10.1002/ps.5977) and understanding insecticide resistance evolution (e.g. DOI: 10.1101/2024.04.09.588653). These also include georeferenced samples collected at fine scales for use in dispersal analysis, from the Torres Strait Islands (DOI: 10.1111/mec.15792) and Guangzhou (DOI: 10.1371/journal.pntd.0006009).
