A clinical dataset of left ventricular lead impedance and echocardiographic parameters in patients undergoing cardiac resynchronization therapy

The dataset contains anonymized longitudinal measurements from 94 patients treated with cardiac resynchronization therapy, including patient-level baseline characteristics and longitudinal follow-up measurements. Data were collected retrospectively during routine clinical care at a tertiary cardiology center. All measurements included in the dataset correspond to standardized annual follow-up visits where both device interrogation and echocardiographic examination were performed. The dataset includes: demographic characteristics anthropometric parameters left ventricular lead impedance measurements echocardiographic measurements of left ventricular function and size Each patient may contain up to five annual follow-up visits.
