INCLUSIVE DIGITAL GROWTH: ADDRESSING INEQUALITY IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY
收藏资源简介:
The rapid expansion of the digital economy is reshaping global production, trade, and governance systems. However, the benefits of digitalization are distributed unevenly, creating new forms of inequality between and within nations. This thesis explores the concept of inclusive digital growth, emphasizing how digital technologies can be harnessed to promote equitable and sustainable economic development. Using Uzbekistan as a case study, the research analyzes global trends, national strategies, and the challenges of integrating digital inclusion into policy frameworks. The findings reveal that while global digital integration offers vast opportunities for innovation and inclusion, persistent gaps in infrastructure, governance, and human capital hinder progress. The study concludes with strategic policy recommendations for achieving inclusive digital transformation through coordinated investment, digital literacy, and international cooperation.
