This dataset presents 3D structures of proteins for all 26 maize Nested Association Mapping (NAM) founder lines predicted by AlphaFold2.
Protein structure prediction was performed using AlphaFold v2.0.0 with parameters preset as reduced_dbs as described in the AlphaFold database publication:

For each of the 26 NAM founder lines, the protein structures are organized into separate folders based on their corresponding chromosomes. Each 3D protein structure is stored in its own folder, which is named after the protein ID.
