PROBAC-Ec-323

PROBAC-Ec-323 is an external clinical projection cohort comprising 323 Escherichia coli bloodstream isolates from BioProject PRJEB62601 and the multicenter Spanish PROBAC bloodstream-infection study. The cohort was used to evaluate the transfer of a fixed GENOMiCUS-4k pangenome structure to clinical bacteremia isolates. The record contains one FNA assembly and one authoritative GFF3 annotation for each of the 323 isolates. All annotations were produced with Bakta v1.9.4 using database v5.1, full. The original Lancet_gff3 annotations are used as benchmark input; PanTA-specific compatibility copies are excluded, although all 323 copies were confirmed to be byte-identical to the originals. All 323 FNA/GFF pairs passed exact sequence validation. One authoritative Bakta annotation—ERR13306272, contig_50, clbK—uses an explicitly enumerated 14-bp circular start/stop overlap. The exception is recorded without modifying either source file. Within PanForge evidence governance, PROBAC-Ec-323 is designated VALIDATION with LOGGED_ONLY implementation influence. It has already been biologically analyzed as an external clinical projection set and must not be promoted to HELD_OUT.
