Characterisation of Cherax quadricarinatus densovirus; the first virus characterised from Australian freshwater crayfish

There are two data sets in this record.
The first data set is the ‘work sheets’ that relate to the PCRs that generated the second data set ‘sequence data’. The work sheets contain accession numbers that relate to samples, primer names, sequence and Tm’s, PCR run conditions and electrophoresis conditions. The data sheets also contain the photos of the gels. There are also real-time PCR work sheets that include melt analysis and quantification data. The data is organised in years first, then accession numbers. An example of the accession number include A00-000. The A stands for AquaPath, the first set of zeros represent the year, the last triple zero indicate the sample number.

Sequence data generated from the work sheets is organised in accession numbers. These accession numbers are generated by Macrogen and AGRF. Beside these accession numbers is an A00-000 accession number that related to the appropriate work sheet and a description of what the sample used as template. The data is raw, uncut sequence data. An example of the individual names of each sequence can be found in the attached diagram.
