R&D Talent Competency Dataset

This dataset contains the raw survey data (N=128 valid responses from R&D managers across 10 Hefei \Little Giant\ enterprises) used to construct and validate the five-dimensional competency model in the associated study. It includes demographic variables (sex, age, experience, performance group), raw scores on 10 questionnaire items (measured on a 7-point Likert scale) for five competencies (Professionalism, Responsibility, Coordination\/Communication, Teamwork, Performance Orientation), and calculated variables (dimension averages and a final AHP-weighted competency score). The data was used for factor analysis, reliability testing, t-tests, and AHP weighting. It does not contain qualitative interview or BEI data.
