The expression ovarian cancer cell line HeyA8 was studied when the cells were treated with MFH at 43˚C for 30 min, the iron oxide nanoparticles concentration was 0.5 mgFe/ml. Overall design: Two groups of samples are included: 1. HeyA8 untreated (UT) 2. HeyA8 treated with MFH (MFH). Gene expression profiles of HeyA8 MFH treated cells were compared to HeyA8 untreated cells.
