Drop-Seq RData and TB88 FCS Files This dataset supports the thesis entitled 'Role of Akt Signalling in CD8 T Cell Responses' by Bailey. This data set contains 4 zipped files. One contains the specific .RData file which has the final Seurat object from which all our data has been derived. The other 3 are zipped files containing the individual FCS files for associate experiment TB88.
