We mapped and systematically annotated the cis-regulatory elements in moue human primordial germ cells (PGCs). Overall design: We mapped the H3K4me3 modifications of 2 E14.5 female PGC samples. We also profiled the H3K27me3 modifications of 2 E14.5 female and 2 E14.5 male PGC samples.We also profiled the H3K27ac modifications of 1 E16.5 male PGC sample.
