This dataset contains first-principles results for the superconducting hydrides H3S and D3S at pressures of 160 and 200 GPa. It includes density-functional theory (DFT) electronic band structures; harmonic and anharmonic phonon calculation input and output files; and EPW input and output files for electron-phonon coupling calculations performed both with and without electron-phonon vertex corrections. Isotropic superconducting gap data obtained from Migdal-Eliashberg calculations are also provided. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility of the reported results and to enable further investigations of anharmonicity, isotope effects, and vertex-correction effects in high-pressure hydride superconductors.
