Protein Circular Dichroism Data Bank

The Protein Circular Dichroism Data Bank (PCDDB) is an open-access online repository for protein circular dichroism spectral- and meta-data. Users may freely extract and deposit validated data and the validation process is conveniently integrated into the deposition procedure. The PCDDB is a collaborative project between Birkbeck College, University of London and Queen Mary University of London and is funded by the U.K.'s Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council.蛋白质圆二色谱数据库（Protein Circular Dichroism Data Bank，简称PCDDB）是一个开放获取的在线资源库，专门收录蛋白质圆二色谱的光谱数据与元数据。用户可自由提取与提交经过验证的数据，且数据验证流程已便捷集成至数据提交流程中。该数据库是伦敦大学伯贝克学院与伦敦大学玛丽女王学院的合作项目，由英国生物技术与生物科学研究委员会资助。
