Effects of fluticasone propionate on Klebsiella pneumoniae and respiratory bacteria associated with chronic airway disease

The purpose of this study is to explore the impacts of the inhaled corticosteroid, fluticasone proprionate, on the airway bacterial species Klebsiella pneumoniae. To that end, the sequence data deposited here reflect the transcriptome of the bacteria when treated with fluticasone proprionate or the solvent DMSO for control purposes.
