The 3D Geographic Information Model of Yixing City is developed based on satellite imagery, vector data of building footprints, and real-world images of buildings. Through 3D visualization technologies and manual modeling, building facade models covering an area of 24 km² in Yixing City have been created, which are at L3 level with a similarity score of 80%. The data format of these models is FBX, and they can be utilized for urban-scale digital twin scene construction and business integration to form customized digital twin business scenarios.
