Metagenomic data from rice paddy soils with straw incorporation MT

Metagenomic data from a rice-growing soil located in the municipality of Lerida, Tolima (Colombia), which was subjected to a treatment involving the application of non-pre-degraded rice straw and the entry of cattle and horses for 30 days, simulating the traditional management (MT) used by farmers, under a fertilization scheme that included the use of nitrogen-fixing bioinoculants.
