We demonstrate how the hexagonal expander structure (d = 6) of twistor networks modifies gravitational field quantization. The modelpredicts: (1) discrete graviton masses mn = ℏ p λn/κ/c with λn = 6 − 2 √ 6 cos(2πn/N), (2) topological commutation relations [ˆg (k) µν , gˆ (l) αβ] = iℏκ(δklϵµναβ+Pm Cklm), and (3) testable GW dispersion v(f) = c(1 − κf 2/2γ2). Thisvprovides UV-finite quantum gravity without graviton ghosts.
