These data characterize active fires from MODIS, forest loss from the Global Forest Change dataset, and meteorological variables from TerraClimate. Data are summarized by 0.05 degree grid cell and by year. These data support the analyses in the following paper, which is under review in Geophysical Research Letters:Wimberly, M.
