We report that airway epithelial club cells affected the immune landscaping in HKP1 lungs Overall design: Single live cells (CD45+) sorted from HKP1-bearing lungs of Scgb1a1cre /iDTR mice treated with PBS (control) or DT (Club cell depletion). Both of groups also received 4Gy-RT (4 mice/group).
