Dataset used to determine clinically actionable thresholds for the MD Anderson Symptom Inventory–Head and Neck Module (MDASI-HN) -Swallow and -Choke items by comparing item-wise discriminant capacity against imaging-based markers of dysphagia in head and neck cancer (HNC) patients undergoing (chemo)radiotherapy (RT).Data deposited includes de-identified modified barium swallow dysphagia scores, MD Anderson Symptoms Inventory for Head and Neck Cancer (MDASI-HN) choke and swallow scores, and timepoint information.
