Single-cell sequencing of CD45+ cells isolated from nasal mucosa of mice

To explore the impact of nasal commensal viruses on the onset and progression of allergic rhinitis, We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of CD45+ cells in the nasal mucosa of control and AR mice treated with Vehicle or Ribavirin. CD45+ cells were isolated from nasal mucosa of mice using magnetic beads .Using 10X Genomics Chromium Controller Instrument and Chromium Single Cell 3’V3.1 Reagent Kits (10X Genomics, Pleasanton, CA) to measure single-cell RNA sequence (3' scRNA-seq) to comprehensively characterize the lung immune mincroenvironment.
