This series of record cards began when the Victorian Nursing Council (VA 1352) was established in 1958. The cards contain nurses' registration information, including training, qualifications and registration certificates held. The registration function post-1971 is subject to further research. There is evidence of microfiche records between the end of the cards and the later computerised system but the precise date ranges for these records are subject to further research.
