In the current study we performed epigenomic characterization of 13 different in vitro models of high-grade serous (HGSOC), low-grade serous (LGSOC), mucinous (MOC), endometrioid (ENOC) and clear cell (CCOC) carcinoma using ChIP-Seq for histone modication H3K4me1. Chromatin Immuno Precipitation DNA Sequencing (ChIP-Seq) for histone modifications (H3K4me1 in 13 cell lines. Please note that each processed data file was generated from *A, *B and *input samples together and is linked to the corresponding *A sample records.
