The genome annotation files of Piptanthus nepalensis

This dataset comprises the complete structural and functional annotation of the <b>Piptanthus nepalensis</b> (Hook.) Sweet genome, a leguminous shrub endemic to the Himalayas and valued for its cold-hardiness and ornamental yellow inflorescences. The assembly was repeat-masked and subsequently annotated through a combination of <i>ab-initio</i> prediction, transcript evidence and protein homology. All files are provided in GFF3 or FASTA format and have been gzip-compressed to reduce download size.
