We aimed to detect the alterations in the constitution of microflora in the caecum of mice due to the administration of HFD (high-fat diet), and co-administration of EECP (Ethanolic Extracts of Chinese Propolis) with HFD. We also compared them with that in the mice consumed with commercial pellets and tried to determine certain microflora that responded to the HFD and EECP.
