Metastasis is the major reason of treatment failure in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. miRNAs have been identified to regulate tumor metastasis. We aimed to identify metastasis-associated miRNAs in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Using Agilent Human miRNA (8*60K) V19.0 Chips, we profiled the miRNA expressions between high-metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line S18 and low-metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line S26 to identify metastasis-related miRNAs.
