DOGA (2025) documentary set, composed of the Personal Declaration as Victim of Human Rights Violations (version 1.0) and the archive of public partial annexes (version 1.1).The main document, written by Olmo Gómez Aldaz, presents the testimony, legal reasoning, and historical context of his process of biological filiation restitution and institutional recognition under Spain’s Law 20/2022 on Democratic Memory. The annexes (v1.1) include identity, filiation, adoption and media documents, plus digital archival files (WARC/WACZ) preserving the complete capture of the Jot Down article (September 2025).Documents containing personal, genetic or judicial information remain in the author’s personal and institutional archives.
