Involvement of cyclophilin in antifungal immune responses in Drosophila melanogaster

The wild-type W1118 and cyclophilin Cyp1 mutant females of Drosophila melanogaster were topically infected with the spore suspension of the entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana. Control insects were immersed in 0.05% Tween 20 for 30 sec. The treated insects were kept at a high moisture condition for 24 h. After another 48 h, insects were collected for RNA isolations and RNA-seq analysis. There were three biological replicates for each treatment.
