Data to Reproduce "Exploring Mixing Thresholds in Asteroseismic Stellar Evolution Models"

The zip file os_D_min_mesa.zip includes all of the necessary code to reproduce Figure 1 of Buchele 2025, "Exploring Mixing Thresholds in Asteroseismic Stellar Evolution Models". This work was done using the 24.08.01 version of MESA, the 7.2.1 version of GYRE (included in the MESA release) and the 24.7.1 version of the MESA SDK . Included is inlist - the inlist used to evolve the tracks run_star_extras - the routines used to save the frequency of the test mode as well as profiles during the specified agesgyre.in - the GYRE inlist file used to calculated the frequency of the test moderun_tracks.sh - a bash script that can be used to run all three tracks (with varying values of overshoot_D_min) with one command. This script uses the shmesa command included in MESA and requires that shmesa be added to the user's path. make_os_D_min_plot.py - a python script which generates Figure 1.
