AutoGERD.external_functional is the feature data file for the external validation set.gerd_unique is an internal functional dataset that has been deduplicated and kept uniquely based on names.corr is the correlation matrix obtained from the 32 feature indicators in the internal functional dataset.final_dataset is the final dataset that includes imaging data and functional data.The image_train_dataset is the training data obtained after splitting the final data 80/20 and applying data augmentation to the training set.image_test_dataset is the internal validation data obtained after the final data is split 80/20.external_validation is the external validation dataset used for functional models.validation(unique) is an external validation set data for multimodal models that is unique based on the name.base_images is the image data from the internal dataset.validation_images are image data from the external validation set.
