Whole genome assemblies of <em>Salmonella enterica</em> serovar Typhi assembled for the Global Typhoid Genomics Consortium paper: "Global diversity and antimicrobial resistance of typhoid fever pathogens: insights from 13,000 <em>Salmonella</em> Typhi genomes" (BioRxiv, 2022). <br> Total n=13,000 genomes, each is gzipped fasta format and then grouped into tar balls based on genotype. <br> Genomes are listed in CSV file TGC_data.csv which includes source and quality information, accessions for raw reads, and genome-derived genotype and AMR variables.
