Sample dataset for the Tapestri Single-Cell DNA AML panel and a custom AOC panel A cell line mix consisting of Raji cells, K562 cells, TOM1 cells and KG1 cells was run on the Tapestri Platform 1/4 of the Tapestri run was sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq instrument FASTQ files were processed with Tapestri Pipeline software using default values for parameters to generate variant calls 8.7M DNA reads were generated for 1,313 cells at ~4,000 reads per cell and 32x coverage of reads/amplicon/cell 11.5M Protein reads were generated for 1,313 cells at 583x coverage of reads/antibody/cell Download includes HTML report, LOOM file, viewable with Tapestri Insights software, and H5 file, which can be used as input to the mosaic package.
