Third Cycle Universal Periodic Review Recommendations Concerning Asylum Seekers and Refugees

This dataset contains the recommendations made by states during the third cycle of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) on the theme of asylum seekers and refugees. Recommendations are sorted by: UPR session, state under review, recommendation text, recommending state, action category, and the response of the state under review. The data was retrieved from UPR Info's recommendation database: https://upr-info-database.uwazi.io/. This dataset was prepared as part of a project investigating the role of the UPR in promoting and protecting the rights of refugees and asylum seekers.
