Systematic studies of Asteraceae tribe Cichorieae subtribe Crepidinae

Crepidinae is the largest subtribe in Asteraceae tribe Cichorieae. The systematic and taxonomic problems of subtribe Crepidinae has been chaotic for a long time. The purpose of this study is to construct enough resolution phylogenetic tree of subtribe Crepidinae under the framework of Asteraceae tribe Cichorieae by using Hyb-Seq technology, and reasonably divide the intergeneric boundaries of subtribe Crepidinae according to the evolution pattern of morphological characters. This study will solve some key systematic problems in the phylogeny and evolution of Asteraceae, promote the taxonomic research and related biodiversity research of Asteraceae, and help to improve the understanding of the tree of plant life in the world.
