In this study, sediment cores were sampled from Lake Taihu, and treatments were set as original, inoculated, and sterile. The abundance and composition of bacterial community was investigated by scanning of electron microscope (SEM) and 16S rRNA high throughput sequencing, respectively. HR-Peeper and DGT technique was employed to obtain dissolved and labile Fe and P, respectively. AgI based DGT were used for measuring 2D distribution of labile S(II).
