Raw LC-MS/MS data supporting the study "Generation of GPC-3-Targeted Radicals for Precise Therapy of Hepatocellular Carcinoma"

This dataset contains the raw mass spectrometry data supporting the analyses presented in Fig. S25 and Fig. 3i of the manuscript "Generation of GPC-3-Targeted Radicals for Precise Therapy of Hepatocellular Carcinoma". The experiments were designed to investigate TA/dCPO-induced changes in recombinant GPC-3 protein detectable by LC–MS/MS. For the experiments corresponding to Fig. S25, purified recombinant His-tagged GPC-3 protein was incubated either alone (control) or with a low-dose TA/dCPO mixture. Following native (non-denaturing) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the gel region corresponding to the GPC-3 band (~135–145 kDa) was excised for LC–MS/MS analysis. The control sample was designated A1, and the TA/dCPO-treated sample was designated A2. For the experiments corresponding to Fig. 3i, purified recombinant His-tagged GPC-3 protein was incubated either alone (control) or with a high-dose TA/dCPO mixture. After native gel electrophoresis, the gel region below the expected GPC-3 position (approximately 15–50 kDa) was excised for LC–MS/MS analysis. The control sample was designated B1, and the high-dose TA/dCPO-treated sample was designated B2. The original raw files are included in this dataset.
