This zipped folder contains the modeling output (as well as raw data and a data dictionary to explain variable names) for the example deployments of our quantvoe pipeline. They are stored as .rds files and should be loaded, therefore, using R's readRDS function. For more information on the structure of these output files, see https://github.com/chiragjp/quantvoe.<br>The raw data in these files can be used, in conjunction with the analysis script in our GitHub repository (https://github.com/chiragjp/quantvoe/blob/main/manuscript/voe_pipeline_figs.Rmd), to reproduce the analyses in Figures 2, 3, and 4.
