This study investigates the role of the gut microbiome in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients. Stools from patients before chemotherapy and targeted therapy were collected and performed whole genome sequencing. Patients with progressive disease or partial response to the therapy were included in this study.
