Knockdown of HSDL2 promotes the progression of cholangiocarcinoma and inhibits ferroptosis through STAT3/P53 pathway

To investigate the function of HSDL2 in the progression of cholangiocarcinom, we established RBE cell lines in which HSDL2 has been knocked down by lentiviral LV control carrying HSDL2 knockdown interference plasmids. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells(sh#NC and sh#HSDL2). Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for RBE cells(sh#NC and sh#HSDL2).
