Analysis of functions of Rlim during reproduction in male mice

The transcriptomes of mouse testes isolated from 8 weeks old male littermates carrying germline Rlim-KO and Rlim-Fl alleles were determined via RNA-seq were elucidated. No major differences between wt and RlimKO with respect to pathways containing multiple genes was detected. Transcriptomes of testes isolated from male Rlim-KO and Rlim-Fl mice were compared.本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）对携带生殖系Rlim敲除（Rlim-KO）与Rlim floxed（Rlim-Fl）等位基因的8周龄雄性同窝小鼠的睾丸转录组进行了测定与解析。未在包含多基因的通路层面检测到野生型（wild type）与Rlim敲除组（RlimKO）之间存在显著差异。本研究对来自雄性Rlim-KO及Rlim-Fl小鼠的睾丸转录组进行了比较分析。
