PKSertraline Dataset

This dataset contains clinical, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic data collected from pediatric patients diagnosed with anxiety disorders and treated with sertraline. The dataset was generated to support the development of a population pharmacokinetic (PopPK) model and to explore exposure–response relationships, including treatment efficacy and adverse events. The study includes sparse pharmacokinetic sampling (1–3 samples per patient) and incorporates demographic, clinical, and treatment-related variables relevant for pharmacokinetic modeling and covariate analysis.
