The differential expression and localization of endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1 (ERAP1) in endometriosis were validated at the tissue and cellular levels. RNA sequencing of endometrial stromal cell samples treated with recombinant human ERAP1 was conducted to screen for key molecules influencing the proliferation and migration of endometrial stromal cells. Experiments in vivo in an endometriosis mouse model and in vitro validated the role of endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1.
