Comprehensive single-cell RNA-sequencing study of Tollip deficiency effect in IL-13-stimulated human airway epithelial cells

We conducted the first single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis of Tollip knockdown (TKD) human airway epithelial cells to determine the cell-type-specific role of TKD and its interaction with IL-13. Overall design: Cultured at an air-liquid interface, TKD cells were treated with or without IL13 (TKDIL13 or TKD), and compared to Tollip-sufficient cells with or without IL-13 (IL-13 or CTR) through an scRNA-seq analysis.
