Distributions of times to first division for persister and untreated control cells

Distributions of time elapsed to first cell division for persister cells surviving a 3 hours treatment with ampicillin at 25xMIC and then exposed to Lysogeny broth (t>3h). The distributions of time elapsed to first cell division for untreated control cells were measured in separate control experiments where LB only, without ampicillin, was added in the mother machine device at t=0.
