The expression profiles of miRNAs in the heart with glucose fluctuation compared with sustained hyperglycemia.

We examined miRNAs expression profiles in rat hearts. The expression of five of 350 scanned miRNAs significantly differed between rat hearts exposed to vehicle and diabetic rat hearts. The expression of 31 miRNAs significantly differed between vehicle and diabetes with fluctuations in glucose levels, and that of 22 miRNAs significantly differed between diabetic hearts and diabetic hearts with glucose fluctuations.本研究检测了大鼠心脏中的微小核糖核酸（miRNAs）表达谱。在350个被筛查的miRNAs中，有5个的表达水平在溶媒对照处理的大鼠心脏与糖尿病大鼠心脏之间存在显著差异。在溶媒对照组与伴血糖波动的糖尿病模型组之间，有31个miRNAs的表达水平存在显著差异；而在糖尿病大鼠心脏与伴血糖波动的糖尿病大鼠心脏之间，有22个miRNAs的表达水平存在显著差异。
