The Diting Anti-Fraud Platform was developed to address the severe and escalating issue of frequent telecom and internet fraud. Leveraging real-time mobile data traffic, the platform offers minute-level perception, analysis, precise early warning and targeted outreach capabilities. Equipped with multimodal URL classification and recognition models and deep learning technologies, it can efficiently identify fraudulent resources and deliver end-to-end precise early warning, achieving an accuracy rate of over 90%. Focusing on real-time monitoring of the communication pipeline transmission side, the platform integrates three core data sources: mobile network, fixed network, and user portraits, to provide comprehensive fraud risk situation awareness and multi-dimensional fraud-related risk indicator analysis, thereby effectively reducing the regional fraud incidence rate.
