RNA sequences of larva and polyp of<i> Arachnanthus errans</i>

In this research, we have undertaken a comprehensive investigation of the transcriptome of <i>Arachnanthus errans</i>, a member of the subclass Ceriantharia, at both the larval and polyp stages. Our study extends beyond transcriptome profiling to include a detailed functional annotation of the transcripts and a focused examination of toxin-like proteins in these life stages. RNA from tentacle of one larva and one polyp of <i>Arachnanthus errans</i> was extracted with the RNAqueous Total RNA Isolation Kit. RNA quality was assessed using NanoDrop<sup>TM </sup>2000 Spectrophotometer. The integrity was evaluated by Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 system. The sequencing was performed on Illumina HiSeq 2500 system.
